Silver Oaks Health Campus, 2011 Chapa Drive, will have a Caregiver’s Day Out from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Thursday.
The event is open to the community, including family members of residents, and all who are caregivers. Free lunch will be served from 11 a.m. to noon.
From noon to 1 p.m., those attending are invited to a discussion on caregiver burnout. From 1 to 2 p.m., the Silver Oaks chef will give a cooking demonstration.
Free adult day care will be provided.
