Tammy Sue “Stack” Jennings, 49, of Anderson, formerly of Columbus, died Feb. 26, 2015, at Community Hospital in Anderson.
She is survived by her son, Levi Robert Jennings of Anderson.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Duane and Daisy Hoch Jennings.
A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday at The Cross Ministry Church, 1521 E. 18th St., Anderson, with the Rev. Troy James officiating.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to The Cross Ministry Church.
Arrangements were made by Rozelle-Johnson Funeral Service in Anderson.
