The Gallery of Fine Art & Design at Ivy Tech Community College-Columbus, 4475 Central Ave., is hosting the exhibit “Passion for the Tactile: Prints and Swag from an All-Inclusive Creative Factory.”
The show presents hand-made screen prints by artist Aaron Scamihorn of Indianapolis-based Ronlewhorn Industries. On display are unique aesthetics, Midwestern sensibilities and industrial-strength creativity to brands and bands.
Included in the exhibit are samples of some of Scamihorn’s event and concert posters, logical elements of inspiration from a former bassist in a garage punk band.
The show will run until April 16. The gallery is open from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. weekdays.
