Virgidelle R. Weasel, 72, of Columbus, died at 11:40 p.m. Monday, April 6, 2015, at her home.

Virgidelle retired in 2011 from Columbus Regional Hospital where she had worked for 22 years. She was a member of St. Bartholomew Catholic Church and NAHUC.

Family and friends may call from 4 to 7  p.m. Thursday at Barkes, Weaver & Glick Funeral Home on Washington Street with a rosary service conducted at 7 p.m.

A Mass of Christian Burial service will be conducted at 10 a.m. Saturday at St. Anne Catholic Church in Monterey, Indiana, with Father Burt Woolson officiating.

Family and friends may call from 4 to 7 p.m. Friday at Odom Funeral Home, 104 East Lake Shore Drive, Culver, IN 46511.

Burial will be at St. Anne Cemetery in Monterey.

Born September 17, 1942, in Chicago Heights, Illinois, Virgidelle was the daughter of Nicholas and Veronica Schutz Loehmer.

Survivors include her daughters, Sabrina Weasel of Nevada and Angela (Russell) Emmitt of Columbus; brothers, Ralph (Ethel) Loehmer of Monterey, Raymond (Anne) Loehmer of Portage, Daniel Loehmer of Logansport and Loren (Angela) Loehmer of Monterey; sisters, Virginia (George Lam) Mutt of San Diego, California, Vivian (David) Reinhold of Kewanna, Irene (Daniel) Forest of Monterey and Loretta Watkins of Fort Wayne; and grandchildren, Logan and Thomas Emmitt.

She was preceded in death by her parents.
