I went to the Indiana State Police site on the Internet and typed in the information I needed. Two weeks later, no response. Then I wrote an email to my senator and waited. Three weeks went by and still no response. Finally I wrote my state representative, Milo Smith, at 11:30 p.m. The next morning at 8:37 a.m. I heard from his assistant, Connie Purvis, who gave me a link to the proper place for my much-needed information.
