The nursing division of the Bartholomew County Health Department will vacate its current office in the county annex Monday, making nurses unavailable for appointments for two days.
The division will relocate to an office on 2675 Fox Point Drive, Suite B, Columbus, and will stay there for 18 months.
The office will be closed to patient appointments Monday and Tuesday but will hopefully reopen Wednesday, said Amanda Organist, assistant director of nursing.
