Mark E. Kirchner, 60, of Butlerville, died on August 21, 2015, at his residence.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be conducted at 10 a.m. on Saturday at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in North Vernon with the Rev. Jerry Byrd officiating. A rosary service will be held at 3:30 p.m. on Friday, at Sawyer-Pickett Funeral & Cremation Service and visitation will follow from 4 – 8 p.m. Burial will be in St. Mary’s Cemetery.
Survivors include eight brothers, Robert (Gerri), John (Emily), Joseph (Marylyn), Michael, Stephen (Karen), Andrew (Jeanie) and Patrick (Sandi) Kirchner, all of North Vernon, and Paul (Patricia) Kirchner of Seymour; nine sisters, Jane Kirchner, Catherine (Albert) Capes, Ladonna (Bobby) Green, Ruth (Dan) Norris and Jeanette (Todd) Firsich, all of North Vernon, Margaret (Chuck) Carson of Elizabethtown, Dorothy (Rick) Palmer of Martinsville, Joanne (David) Skelly of Indianapolis and Mary Such of Roseville, California.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Memorials may be made through the funeral home to St. Vincent DePaul or St. Mary’s Catholic Church.
