Hubert Dale Johnson, 67 of Columbus, died Monday evening, Aug. 31, 2015, at the Richard L. Roudebush Veterans Administration Medical Center in Indianapolis.
He is survived by his wife, Martha Boggs Johnson.
Arrangements are incomplete at Myers-Reed Chapel on 25th Street.
