Deputies arrest suspect in jewelry theft

Bartholomew County Sheriff deputies have arrested a Columbus woman accused of taking jewelry from a home in June.

Detectives arrested Niki Linville, 22, 9715 S. Wayne St., on Wednesday, sheriff deputies said.

Linville was being interviewed about another theft investigation and was served an arrest warrant for the June jewelry theft during the interview, deputies said.

Linville is being held in the Bartholomew County Jail in lieu of $10,000 bond, jail officials said.
