Jerry L. Gallion, 61 of Seymour, died Wednesday, September 9, 2015, at home surrounded by his loving family.
Jerry is survived by his wife, Mary Jo Toppe; his mother, Delores May Marsh Gallion; a son, William L. Gallion; four grandchildren; two brothers, Harry R. (Joyce) Gallion Jr., and Gary (Kirsten) Gallion; three sisters, Janice (Leonard) Kreinop, Donna Reece and Candy (Mark) Sentz; several nieces and nephews; and several brother and sister-in-laws.
He is preceded in death by his father, Harry R. “Bob” Gallion; his father-in-law, Robert E. Toppe, and his mother-in-law, Patricia A. “Pat” Toppe.
Funeral Mass will be at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, September 14, 2015, at St. Ambrose Catholic Church with Fr. Dan Staublin officiating and assisted by Deacon Mike East. Graveside service will be conducted at 10:00 a.m. Tuesday at Riverview Cemetery.
Friends and family may call at Voss Chapel Sunday from 4 – 8 p.m. and at St. Ambrose Catholic Church after 10:30 a.m. until time of service. There will be a Rosary Service at 3:30 p.m. on Sunday at Voss Chapel.
Memorial checks may be written to St. Ambrose Catholic Church, Hospice of Schneck Medical Center, or Don and Dana Myers Cancer Center.
