William Dale Wagaman, 52, passed away Monday Sept. 7, 2015, in Grabill, Indiana. He was a resident of Grabill.

William was born January 27, 1963, in Franklin, Indiana, to Chester Ray and Opal Gladys (McElroy) Wagaman.

He was employed in New Haven with TFE in Shipping and Receiving.

He married Melissa Garrett on Oct. 27, 1986, in Columbus, Indiana, and they were married for 28 years.

William was involved with the Amish community where he lived. He enjoyed collecting tractors, doing yard work, tinkering around the house, gardening, and cooking.

He loved spending time with his family and grandchildren and telling them corny dad jokes.

William is survived by his wife, Melissa Wagaman of Grabill; three children, Gladys Wagaman and Laura (Thomas) McRae both of Ft. Wayne and Seth Wagaman of Grabill; three sisters, Wilma Spicer of Florida, Teresa (Samuel Farmer) Jenkins of North Vernon and Phyllis (Clifton) Wenger of Columbus; two brothers, Randall (Juliann) Wagaman of Morgantown and Clarence Wagaman of Westport; and four grandchildren, Savannah, Colleen, Ashley and Zayden.

He was preceded in death by his parents; a son, James Wagaman; a sister, Elizabeth Black; and three brothers, Donald, James and John Wagaman.

A funeral service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Monday, Sept. 14, 2015, at Jessen Funeral Home, Whiteland Chapel, 729 N. U.S. Hwy. 31.

Visitation will be from 2 to 5 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 13, 2015, at the funeral home.

Burial will be at Rest Haven Cemetery in Edinburgh.
