Cleanup of Columbus City Cemetery is planned for Oct. 1.
Those who have plots in the city cemetery are asked to pick up any items they wish to save by Sept. 30.
Columbus Parks and Recreation Department personnel will remove and discard worn and out-of-season decorations that remain on the ground after Sept. 30.
The next cleanup will be April 1.
