Joyce Therse Branaman, 57, of Columbus, died at 9:28 a.m. Tuesday, Sept. 22, 2015, at Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis.
Survivors include her husband, Roger Branaman; stepson, Ricky Joe Branaman of Seymour; her stepdaughter, Melissa Gail Branaman of Freetown; sisters, Yvonne (Darrel) Powell of Cincinnati and Lisa Ikerd of Indianapolis; six step-grandchildren and five step-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Evan and Mary Hammond.
A Celebration of life service will be at 7 p.m. Monday at Myers-Reed Chapel on 25th St. A gathering of family and friends will be one hour prior to the service. In keeping with Joyce’s wishes, cremation is planned. There will be private inurnment at a later date.
