Betty Ellen Wilder, 80, of Scipio, died at 12:30 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 1, 2015, at her residence.
Survivors include a son, Donny (Cathy) Foddrill of North Vernon; four daughters, Margaret Rose (Larry) Ashpaugh and Pauline (Louis) Pate of North Vernon, Leona Ellis of Scipio, and Betty Lou DeWitt of Murfreesboro, Tennessee; two stepdaughters, Angie (Melvin) Marksberry and Terry (Ed) Maschino of North Vernon; four brothers, Albert (Minnie) Waltermire of Scipio, Jack (Tina) and Lloyd (Carolyn) Waltermire of North Vernon, and Leonard (Vinetta) Waltermire of Florida; five sisters, Jean Taylor of Scipio, Anna Douglas of Elizabethtown, Caroline (Donny) Allman of Dupont, Sue Miller of North Vernon, and Toni (Larry) Dursi of Texas; 14 grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; and several great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by two daughters.
Funeral service will be conducted at 1 p.m. Monday at Dove-Sharp & Rudicel Funeral Home and Cremation Services in North Vernon with the Revs. Bill Ramey and Scott Chastain officiating. Calling will be from 10 a.m. until the service Monday. Burial will be at Vernon Cemetery.
