Hal G. Baker

Hal G. Baker, formally of Columbus, died October 1, 2015, at his home. Born in Columbus, Indiana, he was a graduate of Columbus High School and Milligan College Thunderbird Graduate School of Global Management, where he received two graduate degrees.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Harold E. and Doloros E. (Griffin) Baker; and his son, LCDR John M. Baker.

Survivors include his daughter, Joan E. Baker of Brooklyn, New York; his brothers, Mark Baker of Columbus and Greg Baker of Naperville, Illinois; and a sister, Jill E. DeAquair of Vero Beach, Florida.

Arrangements were entrusted to the Jewell-Rittman Family Funeral Home.

Hal has requested no memorial service. In lieu of a memorial service, you can make memorial contributions in his name to the Anatomical Education Program at the Indiana University School of Medicine, Department of Anatomy, Medical Science Bldg., Room 5035, 635 Barnhill Drive, Indianapolis, Indiana 46202-5120, or through the funeral home.
