WHO TO WATCH

Mitchell Burton, Columbus North running back

Bloomington South has one of the top defenses in the state, so the Bull Dogs may need Burton to break a couple of long runs, as he did in last week’s win against Perry Meridian, if they are unable to put long drives together.

Mark Salle-Tabor, Columbus North kicker

With Bloomington South’s stout defense, the Bull Dogs will need Salle-Tabor to come up big if their offense stalls in the red zone. Salle-Tabor has been a big weapon by converting 7-of-9 field goals this season.

T.C. O’Neal, Columbus East linebacker

Jeffersonville has a big, athletic quarterback in Cameron Northern, so O’Neal and his linebacking mates will have to make sure Northern doesn’t break a long run if he gets out of the pocket.

Nick Andrie, Columbus East safety

With the speed that Jeffersonville possesses at the receiver position, Andrie and the rest of the Olympians’ defensive backfield will need to contain the Red Devils’ passing game.
