John Wade Adams Jr., 52, of Seymour, died Saturday, Oct. 24, 2015, the result of a motor vehicle accident.
Survivors include his wife, Amanda Kay Burchfield Adams; children, Nick (Emilee) Adams of Nashville, Josh (Heather) Adams of Lexington, Kentucky, Cody Adams of Columbus, Shiloh Adams, John Wade Adams III, Brendan Nantz, Delorice Nantz and Alexis Nantz, all of Seymour; a brother, Jacob “Obby” (Kyra) Adams of Seymour; and five grandchildren.
Funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. Thursday at Woodlawn Life Celebration Centre in Seymour with calling from 11 a.m. until service time. Burial will at be Indiana Veterans Memorial Cemetery.
