Veronica Sue Hackney, 44, of Chesapeake, Ohio, died Sunday Oct. 25, 2015, at her home.
Survivors include her father, Charles W. (Tammie) Bryant of Jacksonville, Florida; a sister, Paula (Blaise) Cacciola of San Jose, California; brothers, Charles W. Bryant Jr. of Columbus and Scott (Annemarie) Bryant of Jacksonville; children, Ashley Lyons of Columbus, Kayla (Christopher) Lyons of Ashland, Kentucky, Daniel W. Lyons of Chesapeake and Charles Lyons of Ashland; and five grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Sandra Brandt.
A private funeral is planned at a later date.
Arrangements were made by Hall Funeral Home and Crematory in Proctorville, Ohio.
