William J. “Bill” McDonald, age 74, of Seymour, died on Friday, November 13, 2015, at his home with his family at his bedside.
Survivors include his wife of 49 years Sandra; children, Valerie McDonald, Rohn (Robin) Buffington and Joe S. McDonald; sister, Maciva (Norm) Chancey; sister-in-law, Linda McDonald; grandchildren, April Benton, Richard Benton, Kris Buffington, Victoria (Nathan) Phillips, Steven (Erin) Buffington, Joseph Prather McDonald, Justin Buffington, Haley (Ryan Pennington) McDonald and William McDonald; and eight great-grandchildren.
Bill was preceded in death by his brother, Gary McDonald; and sister, Sharon Simmons.
Pastor Rick Wilson will conduct the funeral service at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, November 17th at Woodlawn Life Celebration Centre. Visitation will be on Monday from 5 until 8 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Riverview Cemetery. Memorials can be made at the funeral home to the Don and Dana Myers Cancer Center.
