Milwaukee
Lewis, Barbara A. (Nee Halfaker) of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, formerly of Columbus, Indiana, died in peace, surrounded by her family, November 10, 2015, at age 89.
She was the beloved wife of the late Delmar W. Lewis for 50 years, dear mother of Sally (Kathleen Rivera), Blair (Theresa Oswald) and Lisa, and beloved grandmother of Faraji and J’Gai Starks. She is further survived by her sister, Julia DeHon, nieces and nephews, and her son-by-affection, Jeff Starks.
Visitation will be Thursday, December 10, from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at First Unitarian Society of Milwaukee, with a memorial service immediately following.
