Phyllis Mae Parks, 86, of Indianapolis, passed away on December 3, 2015.
Survivors include her children, Barbara Parks, Rebecca Hosler, Brenda (Joe) Hotopp and Brett (Mary) Parks; grandchildren, Beth (John) Dixon, Ryan (Iris) Kennedy, Brittany (Brad) Knick, Joshua Hotopp, Michelle Parks, Tepic Parks, Malieki Parks, Mike (Courtney) Vanjelgerhuis and Miles (Chantell) Vanjelgerhuis; and 16 greay-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by siblings, Wilma Blaco, Randall Inboden and Sara Erickson.
Visitation will be on Friday, December 11, 2015, from 4 to 8 p.m. at G.H.Herrmann Madison Funeral Home, 5141 Madison Avenue, Indianapolis, Indiana. Funeral service will be conducted on Saturday, December 12, 2015, at 10 a.m. at the funeral home. Entombment will be at The Gardens at Olive Branch Cemetery and Mausoleum Park.
