Edinburgh
John C. Lucas, 83, of Edinburgh, died Wednesday, Dec. 9, 2015, at Arbor Grove Village in Greensburg.
He is survived by sons, Michael (JoEllyn) Lucas of Morgantown and Stephen (Pam) Lucas of Virginia; daughters, Carlotta (Darrell) McKnight of Edinburgh, Dianna (Jimmy) Mobley of Kentucky and Rebecca (Rick) Stevens of Shelbyville; 12 grandchildren; and many great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
He was preceded by his wife, Dorothy Marie Wise Lucas; a son, Mark Timothy Lucas; and a daughter, Julie Esther Lucas.
Funeral service will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at Grace Community Church, formerly Edinburgh Holiness Church, in Edinburgh, with the Rev. Don Walden officiating. Calling will be from 11 a.m. until service time Saturday at the church. Burial will be at Rest Haven Cemetery in Edinburgh.
