Robert W. Lyons, 45, of Irvine, Kentucky, formerly of Columbus, died at 4:57 a.m. Thursday, Dec. 24, 2015, at Marcum and Wallace Memorial Hospital in Irvine, Kentucky.
Mr. Lyons was a Truck Driver for TLX in Kentucky and was a member of Columbus Baptist Church.
The funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Barkes, Weaver & Glick Funeral Home on Washington Street with Pastor Chuck Kennedy officiating.
Family and friends may call from 9 a.m. to time of service Wednesday at the funeral home.
Burial will be at Flat Rock Baptist Cemetery.

Born in Columbus, Nov. 24, 1970, he was the son of Paul D. and Dorothy L. Daniels Lyons.
Survivors include is mother, Dorothy L. Lyons of Columbus; his wife, Alana L. Newton Lyons of Irvine, Kentucky; his children, Ashley Lyons, Kayla Lyons, Daniel Lyons and Charles
Lyons all of Kentucky, Emily King, Cherokee Lyons, Zoe Lyons and Robert Lyons all of Columbus, and Dakota Jones and Jonathon Jones both of Kentucky; five grandchildren; brothers, Rodney Lyons of Seymour and Alan Lyons of Columbus; sisters, Teresa (Tom) Cox of Elizabethtown, Linda Lyons of North Vernon and Mollie (Alan) Sirvent of Massachusetts; and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father.
