Sylvia Kay Kinworthy, 61, of Columbus, died Jan. 2, 2016, at her home.
Survivors include her husband, Robert; a daughter, Heather L. Harper of Marion, Ohio; a son, Benjamin (Jane) Harper of Marion, Ohio; step‐children, Melissa (Jeff) Spears of Columbus, Michelle (Randy) Kelsay of Elizabethtown and Jerry Kinworthy of Seymour; nine grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be at 6 p.m. Tuesday at the First United Methodist Church, 618 Eighth St. Columbus, with the Rev. Lisa Cottingham officiating. Calling will be from 4 p.m. until service time on Tuesday at the church.
