Naomi Jean Mullikin, 73, of North Vernon died at 6:24 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 12, 2016, at Our Hospice of South Central Indiana Inpatient Facility in Columbus.
Mrs. Mullikin is the widow of John F. Mullikin.
