Robert Earl Campbell Sr., 84, of Lexington, died Tuesday, Jan. 19, 2016, at his residence.
He is survived by his wife, Margaret Helen Gammon Campbell; three sons, Robert E. Campbell Jr. of Scottsburg, Ricky (Debbie) Campbell of Madison and Carl (Lisa) Campbell of Hilliard, Ohio; four daughters, Janet (James) Griffith of Scottsburg, Carol (Jim) Gullett of Columbus, Kathy (Allen) Parrott of Hope and Debra (Crady) Campbell of New Ross; three stepdaughters, Rhonda (Craig) Smith of Salem, Cheryl (Kenny) Callahan of Scottsburg and Tammy Bauernfiend of Austin; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his first wife, Goldie Misamore Campbell, and a son, Ronnie Campbell.
Funeral will be conducted at 1 p.m. Saturday at Collins Funeral Home in Scottsburg with burial at Scottsburg Cemetery. Calling will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Friday and after 9 a.m. Saturday.
