Elizabethtown
William W. Koons, Sr., 70, of Elizabethtown, died at 5:30 p.m. on Sunday, Jan. 17, 2016, at his residence.
Survivors include his wife, Judy Koons of Elizabethtown; sons, Billy (Johanna) Koons of Columbus and Ricky (Dee) Koons of Minnesota; daughters, Carrie (Roland) Breaux of Louisiana and Brenda Stachowiak of Minnesota; brothers, Robert (Jean) Koons of Minnesota and Danny (Sue) Koons of Utah; sister, Kaye (Robert) Barlow of Utah; nine grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
In keeping with his wishes cremation is planned. Dove-Sharp & Rudicel Funeral Home and Cremation Services in North Vernon were entrusted with the care of the arrangements.
