Clyde L. Shepherd, 88, of Edinburgh, died Saturday, Jan. 23, 2016, at Franklin Meadows in Franklin.
He is survived by his wife, Mary Locke Shepherd; sons, Robert Shepherd of Taylorsville and James W. (Louise) Shepherd of Edinburgh; daughters, Phyllis Kindy of Edinburgh and Linda Shepherd of Edinburgh; a brother, Edward Shepherd of Liberty, Kentucky; sisters, Hazel Pemberton of Liberty, Kentucky, and Joyce Wash of Cincinnati; 11 grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held at 7 p.m. Thursday at Eskew-Eaton Funeral Home in Edinburgh with the Rev. Lewis Burton officiating. Calling will be from 5 p.m. until service time Thursday.
