Tammy Lyn Boxman, 53, of Columbus, died at 9:25 p.m. Friday, Jan. 29, 2016, at Our Hospice of South Central Indiana Inpatient Facility.
Among her survivors are her parents, Paul and Ruth Truex Boxman of Columbus.
Calling will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at Myers-Reed Chapel on 25th St. with a graveside service at 1 p.m. Wednesday at Garland Brook Cemetery.
