Edinburgh
Roger D. Wade, 54, of Edinburgh, Indiana, passed away February 17, 2016, at Kindred Hospital South in Greenwood. He was born March 27, 1961, in Franklin, Indiana, the son of Donald Clifton and Annie M. (Fitch) Wade, who preceded him in death.
He is survived by two sons, Brad (Billie Hadley) Wade of Edinburgh and Devin Wade of Columbus; a daughter, Felicia Wade of Columbus; three brothers, Donald R. (Rosemary) Wade of North Vernon, Robert L. (Barbara) Wade of Edinburgh and Bruce D. (Allison) Wade of Franklin; two sisters, Doris A. (Steve) Feese of Columbus and Vera M. (John) Olmstead of Edinburgh; three grandchildren, Iris McTarsney, Quitnon McTarsney and Lilly McTarsney; and several nieces and nephews.
An IU and Colts fan, he enjoyed spending time with family, fishing, woodworking, movies and playing cards.
Funeral service will be conducted at 1 p.m. Monday, February 22, 2016, at St. George Lutheran Church by Bishop Danny L. Carter. Calling will from 2 until 6 p.m. Sunday at Eskew-Eaton Funeral Home in Edinburgh and from 11 a.m. until time of service Monday at the church. Burial will be at Rest Haven Cemetery in Edinburgh.
