Cheryl Ann Boaz Pankow, 66, of Plainfield, formerly of Columbus, died Monday, February 29, 2016, at her home.
A memorial service will be scheduled in the near future and a full obituary will appear in The Republic at a later date.
Arrangements are being handled by Hathaway~Myers Chapel.
