The Jennings County Sheriff’s Department is joining with state and local law enforcement agencies in March to increase education and enforcement of dangerous and impaired driving and conduct high-visibility patrols.
Sixteen Jennings County Sheriff’s deputies will work overtime to conduct observational patrols and sobriety checkpoints around the clock, according to a news release. Federal funding is supporting the effort.
