Columbus has closed portions of the People Trail behind the Clarion Inn and Conference Center and in Mill Race Park because of flooding.
The People Trail sections will reopen when the water recedes and crews have cleaned mud and debris left behind.
Nobody covers Columbus, Indiana and the surrounding areas like The Republic.
