C. David Spiece, 57, of Columbus, died at 1:30 a.m. Tuesday, March 15, 2016, at Our Hospice of South Central Indiana Inpatient Facility.
Survivors include his wife, Julia A. Spiece.
Funeral service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Friday at Myers-Reed Chapel on 25th Street. Calling will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Thursday and from 10 a.m. until service time Friday.
Memorials may be made to Our Hospice of South Central Indiana.
