Mary Alice Roberts, 87, of Brown County, passed from this life at 7:07 p.m. Sunday, March 13, 2016, at her home.
Mrs. Roberts was a lifelong member of North Salem United Methodist Church and a member of Home Extension Club.
She loved traveling and country music.
Her faith and family were everything to her and she will be sadly missed.
The funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Friday at Barkes, Weaver & Glick Funeral Home on Jonathan Moore Pike with the Rev. Daryl Gressel officiating.
Family and friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. Thursday and from 10 a.m. to time of service Friday.
Burial will be at Crouch Cemetery in Brown County.
Memorial contributions may be made to North Salem United Methodist Church or Triad of Brown County.

Born in Brown County, October 5, 1928, Mrs. Roberts was the daughter of Clarence and Nelle King Joslin.
She married Chester “Chet” Roberts May 24, 1948. He preceded her in death December 29, 1997.
Survivors include her children, Vicki (Bruce) Harmon of Bloomington, Sharon (Ron) Rose of Bloomington, Patricia Lee of Nashville and Jeffrey W. Roberts of Indianapolis; grandchildren, Daniel (Anna) Rose, Amy (Cory) Shrum, Brad (Kelly) Rose, Mikel Lee, Chris (Andria) Harmon, Lindsey Foster and Greg Harmon; great-grandchildren, Logan Hoene, Joslin Perry, Gavin Lee, Jeremiah Lee, Sydney Rose, Allyson Rose, Katie Rose, Alex Rose, Taylor Harmon, Sophia Harmon, Wyatt Harmon, Cameron Shrum, Arianna Shrum, Evan Shrum, Jacob Rose, Ethan Rose, John Solmes and Tori Rawley; great-great-grandchildren, Grace and Carter Rawley; and her brother, Hurschell (Carol) Joslin of Nashville.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; brothers, Lowell and Howard Joslin; and a sister, Evelyn Louise Tays.
