What’s Your Workout: Connie Hamilton

Connie Hamilton is running for her life.

And cycling. And cross-training. And doing just about anything else she can think of to stay healthy.

“I feel great and am off all my (blood pressure and other) medications,” she said.

All in 2½ of beginning an exercise program because she was “feeling horrible.”

Plus, she looked at a photo of herself out of shape “and said enough is enough.”
