Brady Eugene Stogdill, 76, of North Vernon, died at 11:16 a.m. Monday, March 28, 2016, at St. Vincent Jennings Hospital in North Vernon.
Survivors include his children, Rebecca (Dennis Garris) Beavers of North Vernon, Debra (Jeff Legan) Stogdill of Hope, Michelle Stogdill of Columbus and Brady (Diane) Stogdill of Columbus; stepchildren, Crystal Hanner of Franklin and Laurie (Allen) Cleveland of Indianapolis; nine grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; several step grandchildren; several step great-grandchildren; and a brother, Ernest Stogdill of Brown County.
The funeral will be conducted at 3 p.m., Thursday at Barkes, Weaver & Glick Funeral Home on Washington Street with Ronda Illig officiating.
Family and friends may call from 2 p.m. to time of service.
Military Honors will be presented by the Bartholomew County Veterans Honor Guard at the funeral home.
In keeping with Mr. Stogdill’s wishes cremation will take place following the service and private inurnment will be at a later date at Garland Brook Cemetery.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Martha Carol Carnahan Stogdill.
