Betty M. Alvis, 92, of Indianapolis, died April 1, 2016, at Copper Trace Health Care Center in Westfield.
She is survived by a son, David (Donna) Alvis of Hendersonville, Tennessee; a daughter, Becki Bottoms of Carmel; six grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; one great-great-granddaughter; and a brother, Leland (Myra) Duckworth of Indianapolis.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert C. Alvis.
Funeral service will be conducted at 1 p.m. Wednesday at Eskew-Eaton Funeral Home in Edinburgh, with calling from 10 a.m. until service time. Burial will be at St. George Cemetery in Shelby County.
