Registration numbers jump
The number of runners registered so far for Sept. 23 and 24 Mill Race Marathon events in Columbus this year is up 36 percent from last year at this time.
As of Wednesday, 147 runners had registered for one of the three Saturday running events or the Friday Kids Fun Run. That’s compared to 108 registered runners at this time a year ago.
