Potentially hazardous foods prepared and held refrigerated for more than 24 hours must be clearly labeled with the date the product is to be used or discarded. Sliced melon in the triple door reach-in cooler date labeled and on the make table not properly date labeled. Working containers of toxic items must be clearly labeled. A spray bottle of cleaning agent by the mop sink was not properly labeled. Toxic items must be stored in a manner that prevents contamination of food, equipment, utensils and single service items. Stainless steel cleaner was stored among the utensils.
