Mr. Jack L. Donnell, 81, of Salem, Indiana, passed away on Friday, April 15, 2016, in Dayton, Ohio.
He was born on Aug. 31, 1934, in Jackson County, Indiana, the son of the late Dennis and Elizabeth (Jarvis) Donnell.
Jack married Vella Mae (Edwards) Donnell, who passed away in 1972.
He worked as a Factory Machine Worker for Golden Foundry in Columbus. Jack loved to fish, go traveling and camping and enjoyed watching westerns and basketball.
Jack is survived by son, Gary (Vicki) Donnell; daughter, Connie (Charles) Tungate; six grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents; wife; brother, Dean Donnell; and sister, Norma Pickron.
A private funeral service was conducted Saturday, April 16, 2016, at the Zabel Funeral Home. Burial was at Acme Cemetery.
