Kevin W. Cress, 43, 811 Pearl St., Columbus, operating a vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or more, 3:54 a.m., by the Indiana State Police, released on $2,500 bond.

Jason D. Fier, 19, 1044 Lapwing Drive, Columbus, illegal consumption of an alcoholic beverage and operating a vehicle while intoxicated, 4:49 a.m., by the Columbus Police Department, released after posting $7,500 bond.

Todd M. Gilliatt, 40, Franklin, operating a vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or more, operating a vehicle while intoxicated — endangerment and driving while suspended with a prior conviction, 9:45 a.m., by the Indiana State Police, held in lieu of $5,000 bond.
