Letter: Shaking things up not always good

In the letter to the editor published May 20, the writer says why so many people are getting behind Donald Trump: “It’s not because he is the best presidential candidate, because he isn’t.” People think he will “shake things up in the political world.”

I hope voters think about what that means. A gang of criminals would likely shake things up too, but I wouldn’t vote for them. I hope everyone thinks carefully about what they think each candidate will do, based on their past behavior, before they vote. Otherwise, we might regret an impulsive choice based on justifiable frustration with past events.
