Letter: Singer demonstrates how law can be used

Isn’t it a bit ironic that the singer who refused to provide the service of her singing did so because she disagreed with the beliefs of Gov. Mike Pence? It is surely a paradox that Pence’s passage of the Religious Freedom Restoration Act gave her the right and freedom to refuse her service based on her beliefs.

Nobody would dream of forcing her to provide singing at an event that she does not fully agree with. Thank you, Miss (Katie) Hamilton, for demonstrating how the law can be used.
