Rita Kay Handley-Chapman, 64, of Seymour, died Sunday, May 29, 2016, at Kindred Transitional Care and Rehabilitation of Columbus.
Rita is survived by her son, Jim (Heather Bell) Handley of Seymour; three grandchildren; and brother, Ronnie Pemberton of Florida.
A private graveside service will be held at Riverview Cemetery at a future date.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be sent to the funeral home to the Rita Chapman memorial fund.
Woodlawn Family Funeral Centre has been entrusted with the arrangements.
