Virginia Helen Clendenning, 101, of Bloomington, died Friday, May 27, 2016, at Meadowood Health Pavilion in Bloomington.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
Arrangements were made by of Sawyer–Pickett Funeral & Cremation Service in North Vernon.
She is survived by daughters, Lynda (Robert Fuller) Clendenning of Bloomington and Deborah Clendenning of Denver, Colorado; son, Stephen (Arlene) Clendenning of Bethlehem, Pennsylvania; and sisters, Lucille Cummings of Terre Haute and Marcella Moore of St. Louis, Missouri.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Ernest L. Clendenning; brother, Morris Chaille; and sister, Ellen Johnson.
Memorials may be made to the Unitarian Universalist Church of Bloomington, WTIU Television or WFIU Radio through the funeral home.
