North out to avenge recent loss to Braves

During its current tournament run, the Columbus North girls tennis team has already turned the tables on one Conference Indiana squad that defeated it during the regular season.

Pulling off the same trick a second time will be a tall order.

The Bull Dogs, who checked in at No. 23 in the final state rankings of the regular season, will be a decided underdog today when they go up against No. 8 Terre Haute South, the lone remaining unbeaten in the state of Indiana.

The conference rivals will face off at 3 p.m. at Carmel High School. All of today’s winners will meet at North Central High School on Saturday for the semifinals and final.
