Katelyn Phillips and Roy Ice, both of Columbus, announce their engagement.
Ms. Phillips is the daughter of Lynn Harper of Evansville and the late John Harper. She is a 2011 graduate of Indiana University and is employed as marketing director for Columbus Indiana Philharmonic.
Mr. Ice is the son of James and Lisa Jones of Monroe City and the late Mervin Ice Jr. He is a 2012 graduate of the University of Southern Indiana at Evansville and is a certified public accountant with Kemper CPA Group.
The wedding will be at 2 p.m. July 30 at St. Bartholomew Catholic Church.
