Ralph and Gloria Martin of Columbus planned to celebrate their 65 wedding anniversary at an open house hosted by their children at Garden City Christian Church.
Mr. Martin and the former Gloria Fish were married June 2, 1951, in Columbus, by Ralph Turney.
Mr. Martin retired from Cummins Inc. and Mrs. Martin retired from Columbus Regional Hospital.
The couple have four children, Susan (Danny) Mayes, Sandi Barriger, Sharon Martin and Randy (Tammy) Martin. They also have five grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
