Danny J. Biddinger, 59, 3121 Wedgewood Court, Columbus, battery resulting in bodily injury, 12:28 a.m., by the Columbus Police Department, released on $5,000 bond.

April D. Hakes, 38, Edinburgh, possession of paraphernalia, 2:03 a.m., by the Bartholomew County Sheriff’s Department, released on $2,500 bond.

Danny L. Silver, 40, Needham, possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia, 2:17 a.m., by the Bartholomew County Sheriff’s Department, released on $3,500 bond.

Winston C. Zink, 31, Nashville, driving while suspended with prior conviction and auto theft, 2:31 a.m., by the Indiana State Police, held in lieu of $7,500 bond.
